Greetings Conference Attendees!

On behalf of the Association for Equality and Excellence in Education, Inc. we would like to welcome  you to our 43rd Annual Conference entitled “Advancing the Vision of TRIO through Partnership,  Service, and Scholarship.”

We are living through some interesting times, making this gathering even more important than ever.  Although we were unable to gather in San Juan, Puerto Rico as originally planned, we are still going to  bring you glimmers of what you may remember or were hoping to experience for the first time—skill building, fellowship, and fun for a great cause.

AEEE is fully invested in the success of all TRIO programs in New York and New Jersey; we invite you all  to conference with us to gain some valuable tools, practices, and connections that you can take back to  your respective programs and students.

You will have the opportunity to hear updates from the Department of Education, the Council for  Opportunity in Education, and many other pillars in the higher education community; you will also hear  updates from the current Board of Directors, and meet our newest additions.

Come prepared to learn from your colleagues, and share your own stories of struggle and success. Come  prepared to donate a little of your time, and finances, to our scholarship fund via our Virtual Fun Run/5K and our Sips & Spirits Silent Auction.

In an effort to also address our own mental fortitude, this conference will feature a series of Hot Topic sessions focused on self-care and personal realignment. Let us not forget to mention that there will also  be time for us to connect through friendly competition. Lunchtime trivia, anyone?
