A virtual conference is just like everything you’ve come to expect from an in-person conference. There are plenty of educational conference sessions that will feel very familiar to you, as well as some opportunities to let loose and have fun with your colleagues. The only real difference is everything will be held via Zoom from the comfort of your home or office!

All conference sessions are being conducted via Zoom, and you can access the schedule of events with links to each session here.

Hot Topics are our chance to turn the light around on us as professionals. How are we handling these interesting times? This discussion-style format will be hosted by one or a couple of participants, but we invite you to come talk about issues relevant to YOU as a professional!

Program-Specific Roundtable events are your chance to meet with other professionals in your area of TRIO to talk about issues specific to your population and regulations. AEEE has been hosting some of these throughout the Summer with great success, and we’re excited to offer this space as part of the annual conference!

In addition to the concurrent sessions where you may have opportunities to connect with peers at a variety of institutions, there will be fun events as well as the Hot Topic and Program Round table sessions.

While a webcam and microphone are useful for participating in discussions, the only requirement is that you must be able to access the zoom rooms, which you can do via computer or telephone.
